This is now the second pair in a week I purchased from Naturalizer, and apparently they just make shoes that are 1/2 a size bigger than everyone else. I managed to return the other pair.

Cons: the chain strap bothered my neck a little bit after wearing it but that’s a me problem. Not the purse/way it was made. But something to consider.
